Payment Terms:
1.1 We work with Wire Transfer, Western Union and Paypal . We do not accepted credit card or other payment methods.
1.2 The payment is 100% in advance.
1.3 Payment fees:
- Paypal = 5% of the total amount

Production Process:
1.1 Each order has its deadline to fulfill and our lead manufacturing time is from 3 to 6 weeks after the confirmation of the payment. For orders in stock the production time takes from 2 to 5 working days. Contact us about making time for coated gemstones with gold or silver Electroplating.
1.2 All products can be made with gold or silver plating. The material of our products are brass, copper, rhodium and the plating is a flash electroplated process, 1 micron, used for Gold 24k and for Silver 1000. Our products do not have nickel and they are not allergic.
1.3 We can not guarantee that the pieces will be perfectly equal in each order and the colors can not be chosen or specified.
Delivery and Shipping:
1.1 Each order will be quoted with the company chosen by the customer and all shipping cost should be paid by the customer. These cost will change according to the weight, quantity of pieces and the zip code.
1.2 Our shipping companies are UPS, FEDEX and National Post (EMS)
1.3 The recipient shall pay for tax or duties in its country.
1.4 Once we ship the goods we will provide the tracking number.
1.5 The estimated time for aerial freight is between 5 to 18 days. It depends from shipping address informed by our customer.
1.6 The pieces are packed in carton boxes with bubble plastic and other reinforcements.
Product Return Policy:
1.1 If you purchased our products and are not satisfied, you need to contact us, of this way we can evaluate a way to compensate. Our guarantee does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
1.2 If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you can ask us for a credit or refund at any time. But if you just don’t like of the products there is nothing we can do.
1.3 Return of goods the customer must pay the freight cost and more 50% of duties charged by Brazilian custom.
Other Information:
1.1 If we do not ship your normal order up to 8 weeks, we will ship your order with free freight cost (only for jewelry orders).
1.2 We do not work on the weekends and on holidays. We reply within 48 hours.
